Biography

Brian is a songwriter, playwright, pianist, arranger, and actor from Columbus, Ohio. A graduate of Otterbein University, Brian has been writing musicals since high school. In addition, he has worked on many theatrical productions over the past decade, serving as music director and/or accompanist for Columbus Children's Theatre (Hairspray, Grease, James and the Giant Peach), Gallery Players (Les Miserables, 13, Side Show), and Short North Stage (Spamalot, Pippin, Saturday Night Fever).
His original musical Second to Sherlock had its world premiere in December 2021 with Imagine Productions (directed by Brandon Boring). He also co-hosts the podcast Trash Watch with Chris Johnson, Brandon Boring, and Ashley Woodard.
